Abstract:

Disclosed is a local air-conditioning system provided with two cooling systems, i.e., a cooling system wherein a cold source unit (20a) supplies refrigerant to local air conditioners (1)-(8) via a refrigerant pipe (2a) and a cooling system wherein a cold source unit (20b) supplies refrigerant to local air conditioners (9)-(16) via a refrigerant pipe (2b). Further, some of the local air conditioners (1)-(8) and some of the local air conditioners (9)-(16) are not operated, so that some of the local air conditioners are in a standby state. If the cold source unit (20a) or the cold source unit (20b) is damaged, the local air conditioner which is in a standby state in a normal cooling system is started.
