Abstract:
The present invention compares a local number, connection relationship information indicating a connection position between devices, and device unique information set in advance in a network device, with connection relationship information and device unique information at present collected from the network device, and automatically sets a local number to a matching network device. According to the present invention, since a network device is identified by using the connection relationship information when the local number of the device is to be set, matching in the connection relationship between network devices can be confirmed on the basis of the connection relationship information. Thus, a local number matching the expected inter-network device connection relationship can be set.
