Abstract:
A local oscillator phase-lock frequency synthesizer, for example, a local oscillator phase-lock frequency synthesizer compatible with a C-band and a millimeter wave band. By introducing a voltage-controlled oscillator, a frequency multiplier, a first-stage frequency divider, a second-stage programmable frequency divider, a frequency and phase discriminator and a charge pump, the function of the same set of frequency sources generating signals of two frequency bands, that is a signal having a first output frequency and a signal having a second output frequency, such as a C-band and a millimeter wave band is achieved.
