Abstract:
A local spin characteristics-based ultra-sensitive displacement sensing method and device, which are suitable for the technical field of optical measurement technology, said method comprising: generating a near-field vortex light field NF-OV, of which a near-field local spin state varies linearly with the detected position by using excitation of excitation light (S101); obtaining an elliptically polarized light by coupling the local spin state of the near-field NF-OV to a far field by means of a nano structure (S102); and detecting the spin degree of the elliptically polarized light to obtain the displacement information of the detected position (S103). According to the present invention, said sensing method can detect accurate displacement information with high sensitivity, low cost and high practical value.
