when one of the transportation means is in a dangerous or risk of lost, there are some different ways to request help and locate their place such as GPS, electronic locator, candle pistol, mobile phones ... etc. But we still hear some times that the rescue teams need time to define the location exactly, were every minute means more possible victims in dangerous. Which means we still need more effective instruments.

Disclosure of Invention:

The invention is an instrument of special balloon, with different sizes, shapes, colors and materials

To be installed in all transportation means as boats, yachts, ships, submarines, airplanes, cars, buses .... Everywhere over and below water, desert, ice, forest ...

When dangerous happen, the driver/captain/pilot will push a button to start the operation ( could be automatically too )

The box will open, the cylinder ( contain helium gas or other ) will start to inflate the balloon, the balloon will rise up to 10 kilometer

( according to the need ) the mission of this balloon is to indicate that there's a transportation mean is in dangerous and needs immediate help

( could be written SOS , also could include other devices and lights )

This balloon is connected by wire to be kept always over the target need to be fined

The wire could include some flags to show the direction between the balloon and the target, and if there are some clouds in any altitude

So instead of searching over water by the coastguard with helicopters and boats so any one through small telescope can find them from far away

The altitude of the balloon is according to the route, if a boat in red see as an example so the altitude could be till 5 kilometers, but if the boat is in the pacific ocean the altitude should be till 10 kilometers

Moreover, if the boat is sunk under water the balloon will fly in the sky

It's convenient also for submarines, vehicles in desert or ice or forest, also for airplanes

Which means that any land of transportation mean could be in dangerous or risk of lost this balloon instrument will be an added value to indicate the location optically by eyes

1 ) the balloon, the main mission is to indicate the location.

2 ) the wire, to keep the balloon over the target.

3 ) the flags, to show the direction between the balloon and the target, and if there are some clouds at any level of altitude.
