A lock body having a function of being unlocked by means of a clutch when using a key for unlocking, comprising an unlocking shifting block (10) that is unlocked by using a key, a handle shifting block (20) that is rotated by means of a door handle, a reversing block (30) that is driven with a latch tongue, and a clutch structure; the handle shifting block (20) and the reversing block (30) are coaxially stacked and may rotate independently from one another; the clutch structure is drivingly connected to the handle shifting block (20), the reversing block (30) and the unlocking shifting block (10), respectively; the unlocking shifting block (10) rotates to cause the clutch structure to lock or to release the handle shifting block (20) and the reversing block (30). The lock body has a clutch function; after the clutch is released by means of a key, a door handle may be used to open a door, which solves the existing technical problem wherein it is difficult to unlock a lock by using a key.
