Title:
LOCK-CATCH-TYPE BOARD AND ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/061125
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A lock-catch-type board and an assembly and disassembly method therefor. Tenons (10) and mortises (50) are formed at the at least two opposite side edges of the board correspondingly and are used for being mutually buckled and assembled to form board units (100). Step structures formed at the upper edges of the tenons (10) and the mortises (50), and oblique surface angles of a first oblique guide surface (16), a second oblique guide surface (17), a third oblique guide surface (56) and a fourth oblique guide surface (57) are mutually guided, so that the tenons (10) are more easily pressed and buckled into the mortises (50). Lock catch structures whose sections are acute angles are formed at the lower edges of the tenons (10) and the mortises (50), so that the lock-catch-type board fastened, buckled and not prone to being loosened in easy operations can be formed by performing push, press, or insertion and rotation actions among the board units (100) on the same plane. The board units (100) are provided with supporting blocks (20) on the upper sides of the tenons (10) in a protruding manner, and are provided with supporting grooves (60) in the upper sides of the mortises (50). Arc shapes taking the highest point of the outer side surfaces (21) of the supporting blocks (20) or groove walls (61) of the supporting grooves (60) as a circle center are formed in the sections of the lower edges of the tenons (10) and the mortises (50), so that the board units (100) can be flipped between the assembled board units (100) by using the circle center as a supporting point, the lower edges of the arc shapes relatively slip and press against a lock catch block (80) to achieve small scale elastic deformation, and can be easily drawn out of the tenons (10) after flipping, and the board units (100) are disassembled and separated when the lock catch structures are not damaged.
