Abstract:
The present application provides a lock and an electric vehicle having same. The lock comprises a mounting base, a lock tongue assembly, a drive portion, and a lock cylinder assembly. The lock tongue assembly is movably connected to the mounting base, the lock tongue assembly has a locking position which enables the position of the mounting base and the position of a fitting member to be relatively fixed, and the lock tongue assembly has an unlocking position which enables the position of the mounting base and the position of the fitting member to be relatively variable; the drive portion is connected to the lock tongue assembly to control at least part of the action of the drive portion by means of an electrical signal, so as to drive the lock tongue assembly to move to the locking position or the unlocking position; the lock cylinder assembly is rotatably connected to the mounting base, and the lock cylinder assembly is provided with an operating member, so that rotation of the lock cylinder assembly enables the operating member to drive the lock tongue assembly to move to the locking position or the unlocking position ; and the lock cylinder assembly has a power-on position which powers on the circuit of the vehicle body, and the lock cylinder assembly has a power-off position which powers off the circuit of the vehicle body, so as to control on and off of the circuit of the vehicle body by rotating the lock cylinder assembly.
