A locker (300) for receiving and retaining one or more packages comprising: an enclosure (302, 304), the enclosure (302, 304) defining a storage cavity (306), the storage cavity (306) configured to receive and retain the one or more goods, a radio signal sensing assembly (400) disposed on the enclosure (302, 304) for sensing radio signals, the radio signal sensing assembly (400) disposed on the enclosure (302, 304) in an orientation such that the radio signal sensing assembly (400) can detect the presence of radio signals within the storage cavity (306).
