Abstract:
The present invention relates to a locking apparatus for doubly covering a locking device of a safe, door, etc. to open and close same, and particularly, to a locking apparatus for doubly covering a locking device to open and close same, which functions as a convenient locking apparatus for securing items in a safe or the safety of room doors to prevent home intrusion, after the locking apparatus is installed on the safe or door, without having to install further locking apparatuses. That is, in order to cover an existing locking device with two covers to open and close same, the locking apparatus of the present invention comprises: one cover having a pin insertion pivoting support attached to the top side thereof, in which a fixing pin is inserted to allow fixing and pivoting of the other cover thereabout; and a detachable lock body bottom portion attached to the lower side of the one cover. Two pin insertion fixing supports are attached to the top side of the other cover, the two covers are fitted tightly against each other, and a fixing pin is inserted in a pin insertion hole to enable easy opening and closing between the covers. The detachable lock body top portion is attached to the bottom side of the cover to enable the body to be separated and opened and closed, in order for the locking apparatus to doubly cover the locking device and open and close same.
