Abstract:
Provided is a locking device of an isolation breaker. The device is mounted in a control box of the breaker, the device comprising a substrate (1), a drive motor (2), a control motor (3), a drive shaft (4), a limiting shaft sleeve (5), a shaft sleeve guide seat (6) and a travel switch (7), wherein when a grounding switch is switched on, the drive motor (2) operates, driving a bevel gear a (21) to rotate so as to transmit a force to a bevel gear b (42); then the bevel gear b (42) rotates, so as to drive the drive shaft (4) to rotate; an external thread on the drive shaft (4), when rotating, drives the limiting shaft sleeve (5) to displace along a horizontal direction, such that an end portion of the limiting shaft sleeve (5) moves to a position of a limiting sheet on a breaker operating lever and abuts the limiting sheet, and when a travel control lever (52) connected to the limiting shaft sleeve (5) moves to a position of the travel switch (7), the travel switch is triggered, causing the drive motor (2) to stop rotating. The invention can also enable the limiting shaft sleeve (5) to cooperate with the limiting sheet on the breaker operating lever by means of closing a controller (44) of the drive motor and by means of manually rotating the drive shaft (4).
