Abstract:
The invention relates to a storage implement for use with writing instruments or office supplies, and provides a locking implement in which mating planar fastener members are employed. The implement allows stored articles to be organized, sorted, and kept safe without the articles falling or dropping out. The implement is easy to handle, and allows the required number of articles to be attached in a desired location in an extremely simple manner. An entire back surface of a substrate (1) having a loop-engaging element (3) implanted on one entire planar surface is provided with an adhesive layer (5) or a double-sided adhesive tape (7), and a release paper (9) is affixed to an outside surface of the adhesive layer (5) or of the double-sided adhesive tape (7) to form a female mating planar fastener member of the mating members. For the corresponding male planar fastener, there is employed in the locking system a mating planar fastener member that is made longer than the female fastener to maintain a gusset function and a locking function, the mating planar fastener member being formed by providing an adhesive layer (6) or a double-sided adhesive tape (8) to a portion of a back face of a substrate (2) having a hook-engaging element (4) implanted over one entire planar surface thereof, and by affixing a release paper (10) to an outside surface of the adhesive layer (6) or of the double-sided adhesive tape (8).
