Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of aviation machinery. Provided is a locking mechanism used for a helicopter tail cabin door. The locking mechanism comprises: two lock box assemblies, respectively installed on two sides of a tail cabin door frame; two lock bracket assemblies, respectively installed on two sides of a tail cabin door; and a manual unlocking assembly, a hydraulic unlocking assembly and a swing arm assembly, which are all installed in the tail cabin, wherein the swing arm assembly comprises a swing arm seat, and a first swing arm and a second swing arm which are hinged to the swing arm seat, the first swing arm and the second swing arm being in meshing transmission. One lock box assembly and the manual unlocking assembly are separately in transmission connection with the first swing arm through a transmission assembly, and the other lock box assembly and the hydraulic unlocking assembly are separately in transmission connection with the second swing arm through a transmission assembly. The locking mechanism has a manual unlocking mode and a hydraulic unlocking mode, and thus has convenient and flexible operation. The locking points constituted by the lock box assemblies and the lock bracket assemblies are arranged away from the axis of a hinged end of the tail cabin door frame and the tail cabin door, thus providing higher locking torque and higher locking safety.
