Abstract:
Provided is a locking structure for a cover that covers a handle seat, the locking structure allowing locking and unlocking between the handle seat and the cover by a locking means to be easily implemented, and allowing a locked state therebetween to be surely maintained in order to prevent the cover from coming off. The locking structure for a cover for covering and hiding the front surface and the peripheral surface of a handle seat includes: a cover locking means having a cover side locking part formed at the cover and a handle seat side locking part formed at the handle seat; and a rotation preventing means including a latch, the latch being provided at the position of a groove part that forms the handle seat side locking part and biased to be able to advance/withdraw along an axial line from the center of the handle seat to the outer peripheral surface and toward a tip end thereof, and the latch having, at the tip end, a locking part raised from the bottom of the groove part to protrude in the groove part and abut against the cover side locking part provided to protrude at the cover when the locking means is in a locked state.
