Abstract:
A locknut comprises a first nut (1) and a second nut (2). The first nut (1) and the second nut (2) are simultaneously fastened to the same bolt (4). One of the contact faces of the first nut (1) and the second nut (2) is an inclined plane; a horizontal end face of the first nut (1) away from the second nut (2) abuts against external workpieces (3); when the first nut (1) and the second nut (2) are coaxially provided and abutted to each other, an angled gap (5) exists between the first nut (1) and the second nut (2), and then the second nut (2) continues to be twisted towards the direction of the first nut (1), so that there is an eccentricity between the two nuts as the gap becomes smaller, and the eccentricity increases as the vibration force of the external workpieces increases, thereby avoiding loosening of the locknut. On the basis of ensuring the anti-loose effect, the locknut has a simple processing process, low requirements on materials and tooling, and is not affected by metal ductility and fatigue, and is more suitable for the needs of consumers.
