Abstract:
The proposed locomotion device according to one embodiment comprises: driven wheels (1) with a drive (2) and spring elements (5, 6), in each of which the central part consists of interlocking sections, some (7, 8) of which form a bow-shaped section with a radius of curvature (R1, R2) altering along their length; the front (9) and rear (10) sections of the spring elements (5, 6) are coil-shaped, and the axis (11) of each wheel (1) is connected to a section of the corresponding coil, thereby allowing the twist of the coil to be altered. The proposed locomotion device in another embodiment also includes driven wheels (1) with a drive (2) and pairs of spring elements (5, 6) joined together in several pairs (14); the central part of each spring element (5, 6) consists of interlocking sections, some of which (7, 8) form a bow-shaped section with a radius of curvature (R1, R2) altering along their length, the pairs (14) of spring elements being interconnected (15) lengthwise.
