Abstract:
A lodging procedure assistance device (1) comprises: an acquisition unit (11) that acquires identification information for identifying lodging reservation information from a check-in terminal of a lodging facility when a person who has made the lodging reservation performs a lodging reservation information retrieval operation on the check-in terminal; a identification unit (12) that identifies a list of service coupons resulting from the lodging corresponding to the lodging reservation information identified on the basis of the identification information; and a transmission unit (13) that transmits, to the check-in terminal, a check-in input screen based on the identified lodging reservation information and transmits the identified list of service coupons to a staff terminal installed at a location where the service coupons are to be handed from staff of the lodging facility to the person who has made the lodging reservation.
