Abstract:
A logical structure and implementation method for a safety interlock of a proton therapy equipment, comprising a hard wire structure and a topological structure; the hard wire structure and the topological structure comprise: a first safety interlock system (1), a second safety interlock system (2), a first treatment chamber (11), and a second treatment chamber (12); the components of each safety interlock system and treatment chamber are as follows: the first safety interlock system (1) comprises a host, a programmable logic controller 1 (PLC1), a PLC2 and a switch; the second safety interlock system (2) comprises a switch, a PLC1 and a remote PLC2; the first treatment chamber (11) comprises a switch, a PLC, and a CompactRIO; the second treatment chamber (12) comprises a switch, a PLC, and a CompactRIO. By using two manners to build an entire safety interlock system, a safety interlock subsystem may be quickly controlled, and have the effect of detecting the operating state of an equipment. The two solutions are processed in parallel, which meets requirements of response time while also having a monitoring effect.
