Abstract:
The present invention provides a conveying apparatus, wherein a logistics apparatus 1 comprises carrying trolleys 2, overhead rails 3 for the carrying trolleys 2 to run, loading trolleys 4, rails 5 for the loading trolleys 4 to run, and vertical column components 6. The loading trolleys 4 run in a region 7, and the region 7 comprises regions 7X and regions 7Y. The loading trolleys 4 run in the region 7, and each comprises traveling devices 4-1, a hoisting device 4-2, and a frame 4-3. The walking devices 4-1 are located at the lower part of the frame 4-3, and the hoisting device 4-2 is located at the upper part of the frame 4-3. The frame 4-3 defines a cavity that is open at the bottom. A hook assembly 4-3-1 of the hoisting device 4-3 hoists goods below the frame 4-3 into the cavity of the frame 4-3. The bottom surfaces of the goods are higher than the upper planes of the rails 5. The loading trolleys 4 switch between different carrying trolleys 2 by means of the rails 5. The self-powered loading trolleys hoist workpieces into the cavities of the frames 4 to run on the overhead rails, the workpieces can be automatically taken and placed, and the loading trolleys travel in X and Y directions by means of the rails for the carrying trolleys and rails fixed on vertical columns, so that full-coverage logistics conveying can be achieved.
