Abstract:
The present invention reduces construction time and ensures the strength of a covering member. A curved shape with a prescribed radius of curvature is retained on a first sheet by holding the first sheet that is impregnated with a first resin at the prescribed radius of curvature while curing the resin (S1). The first sheet is temporarily attached by winding onto a cylindrical packer that has a radius that is smaller than the prescribed radius of curvature and that can expand in the radial direction (S3). A sheet laminated body is formed by bonding a plurality of sheets with a second resin (S2). A covering member is formed by winding the sheet laminated body onto the first sheet exterior face with a third resin therebetween and temporarily attaching the sheet laminated body on the packer (S4). A fourth resin is applied to the exterior face of the sheet laminated body of the covering member and then the packer is inserted into a circular pipe (S5). The diameter of the packer is increased, the temporary attachment of the first sheet and the sheet laminated body is released, and the covering member is pressed against the inner wall of the circular pipe with the fourth resin therebetween (S6). The packer is removed from the circular pipe (S7), and the resin is cured (S8).
