A long film which is formed from a resin containing a crystalline polymer, and wherein: the orientation axis of the long film is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long film; the Nz coefficient Nz1 of the long film satisfies formula 1; the birefringence ∆n of the long film satisfies formula 2; and the crystallinity X of the polymer satisfies formula 3.
