Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a rectangular resin-film-formation-layer-attached support sheet instead of a round resin-film-formation-layer-attached dicing sheet and increase the effective area rate of a resin film formation layer. To further provide a feature that enables a resin-film-formation-layer-attached support sheet to be reliably peeled off (pulled away). [Solution] The long laminated sheet according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a substantially rectangular support sheet, a resin film formation layer that is formed on the support sheet and has substantially the same shape as the support sheet, a resin-film-formation-layer-attached support sheet that comprises a ring frame holding means having a substantially rectangular opening section formed in the outer peripheral section of the surface of the resin film formation layer, and a long release sheet, wherein a long auxiliary sheet is continuously laminated on both ends in the lateral direction on a release-treated surface of the release sheet, and a plurality of resin-film-formation-layer-attached support sheets are independently and temporarily adhered in a detachable manner along the longitudinal direction of the release sheet on the inside in the lateral direction on the release-treated surface of the release sheet. It is preferable that when the long laminate sheet is delivered and the resin-film-formation-layer-attached support sheet is pasted to an adherend while bring peeled from the long release sheet, the shape of the front end side of the resin-film-formation-layer-attached support sheet which is in contact with the adherend at first is raised on the outside of the resin-film-formation-layer-attached support sheet.
