Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a long-life pulley roller, which has steel rings installed at a predetermined interval between non-woven fabrics, thereby maximizing durability, and which maintains the frictional force of the non-woven fabrics such that the same can be used for a long period of time. The present invention, in this regard, comprises: a first step for inserting and fixing center shafts to both ends of a pipe, respectively, forming two or multiple first grooves on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe in the longitudinal direction, and forming second grooves on the outer peripheral surfaces of both ends of the pipe, respectively, thereby fabricating a shaft; a second step for inserting and fixing keys in the first grooves of the fabricated shaft in order to prevent non-woven fabrics from vibrating; a third step for fabricating non-woven fabrics, the center part of which is blanked, and the outer peripheral surface of which is circular, such that the same are fitted and assembled in the longitudinal direction of the shaft; a fourth step for fabricating steel rings in the same shape as that of the non-woven fabrics; a fifth step for fitting a first flange to the shaft and then fitting and assembling a first stopper ring to one side of the formed second groove; a sixth step for fitting at least one steel ring between multiple fitted non-woven fabrics, starting from the upper portion to which the first flange has been fitted, before a second flange is fitted; a seventh step for compressing the non-woven fabrics and the steel rings, which have been fitted to the shaft; and an eighth step for fitting and assembling a second stopper ring to a different second groove lying opposite the one side of the second groove, to which the first stopper ring has been fitted and assembled, with regard to the compressed non-woven fabrics and steel rings.
