Abstract:
Since IPS liquid crystal display panels have become thinner, warpage occurs more often in a constitution in which an optical film such as a polarizer or a phase difference film is laminated on an IPS liquid crystal display panel. In the present invention, by thinning an easily stretchable polarizer and thinning a phase difference film placed between the polarizer and an IPS liquid crystal display panel, the polarizer is brought closer to the IPS liquid crystal display panel than a conventional polarizer, whereby occurrence of warpage in the IPS liquid crystal display panel is prevented.
