Abstract:
Disclosed is a long-service-life micro switch, comprising a base (1) and a cover (2), wherein the cover covers the base to form an accommodating cavity, and a conducting core (3) is arranged inside the accommodating cavity. The micro switch further comprises a tension spring (4) arranged inside the accommodating cavity, a movable sheet (5) and a dual-pin movable sheet (6) respectively arranged inside the accommodating cavity, and a left pin (7) and a right pin (8) respectively located at a left outer side edge and a right outer side edge of the dual-pin movable sheet, wherein the dual-pin movable sheet comprises a movable sheet pin (61), a left movable sheet (62) and a right movable sheet (63), an upper side edge at an end of the left movable sheet is bent inwardly to form an upper avoidance part (621), a left contact (622) is provided on an outer side edge of the left movable sheet, a lower side edge at an end of the right movable sheet is bent inwardly to form a lower avoidance part (631), a right contact (632) is provided on an outer side edge of the right movable sheet, a back end of the movable sheet is bent downwardly to form a movable sheet avoidance part (51), a left pushing part (52) is provided on a left side edge at a front end of the movable sheet, and a right pushing part (53) is provided on a right side edge at the front end of the movable sheet. By controlling the opening and closing of the dual-pin movable sheet, side surface contact and separation between the contacts and pins on the dual-pin movable sheet being performed to achieve switching-on and switching-off functions can be realized, thus reducing abrasion, and prolonging the service life.
