Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a longitudinal steel concrete combined pipe component of a T-shaped or L-shaped fabricated wall, comprising channel steel, H-shaped steel and two thin steel plates which are all vertically arranged. Rebars having a stud and tie function use drilling tapered screws; the drilling tapered screws are vertically drilled into the two thin sheet plates and are threadedly connected to the two thin steel plates; the drilling tapered screws each comprise a rod portion and a head portion larger than the maximum outer diameter of the rod portion; and the head portions of two adjacent drilling tapered screws are respectively located on the left side and the right side of a rectangular steel pipe structure. The longitudinal steel concrete combined pipe component is connected to a transverse steel concrete combined pipe component more conveniently and has high strength, the tie effect between the two thin steel plates is also improved, it is ensured that the thin steel plates do not expand outwards when internal concrete is poured, moreover, the strength of the channel steel and the H-shaped steel is improved, the butt joint between the two thin steel plates is facilitated, the length of studs is increased, and the integrated performance of connection between internal concrete and external concrete is improved.
