Abstract:
Disclosed is a longitudinal and transverse, combined-type pneumatic spring, comprising a spring body. The spring body is formed of multiple gas column bands (1) with a pressurized gas compartment, the multiple gas column bands (1) being arranged longitudinally and being sleeved by a transverse hollow annular gas bag (4). The top and bottom ends of the gas column bands (1) are respectively positioned and connected, and the pressure of the gas in the compartment can be adjusted. By filling with pressurized gas, the degree of softness or hardness of the pneumatic spring can be adjusted and thus the spring has the advantage of having a large range of deformability. The degree of softness or hardness is convenient to adjust and the range of unidirectional shape change is large, meeting the requirements of a variety of sites. The pneumatic spring can also be adjusted in real time, increasing the level of comfort. In addition, packaging is convenient, saving on transport costs. Moreover, the longitudinal and transverse, combined-type positioning enables the pneumatic spring to equalize pressure, preventing a one-sided pressure bias from causing damage due to unequal force.
