Abstract:
An annularly sleeved rod file case comprising case body (B), a case cover (B1), and a flap (B2). A wrap fastener (W). The wrap fastener (W) is formed by two straps (Y2 and A) and one small rod (X). Both extremities of the vertical strap (Y2) are led outward from within the flap (B2), sleeve either extremity of the small rod (X), and then run inward to the opposite side of the flap (B2) to be tied with the strap (Y2) itself to fix the small rod. Both extremities of the other strap (A) is run via two holes (A1 and A2) on the outside of the case bottom into the inside of the case bottom to be connected head-to-tail to form one ring that constitutes a wrapping strap. The ring runs through the inside and outside of the case bottom. When in use, the case cover is covered first, the ring outside of the case bottom is pulled up, fitted at either extremity of the small rod (X), and jammed under the small rod (X), the wrap fastener (W) is locked in place, and the file case is locked tight. The small rod and the wrapping strap form one rectangle. The force binding the file case is evenly distributed around the rectangle. The file case is easy to bind, convenient to open and close, robust, and durable.
