Abstract:
A looseness preventing nut screwed onto a bolt, comprising a first spring part, a second spring part continuously extended from the first spring part and disposed on the outside of the first spring part, and a nut body having the second spring part fixed to the upper end peripheral edge part thereof. The first spring part further comprises a fitting part having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the leg part of the bolt and fitted to a thread groove formed in the leg part of the bolt and a locking part continuously extended from the lower end part of the fitting part and projected from the circumscribed circle of the leg part of the bolt. The second spring part is formed to be locked with the locking part when the nut body is rotated in a disengaging direction with a specified or more rotational force, whereby the nut can be prevented from loosening and the nut can be easily removed.
