Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of intelligent control, and in particular to a loss prevention apparatus and method for a vehicle-mounted intelligent controller, and a device, wherein same are aimed at preventing a user that is actively rotating a vehicle-mounted intelligent controller from causing a stepping motor to rotate beyond a limit position or to be at the limit position for a long time and thus being damaged. The loss prevention apparatus in the present invention comprises a detection circuit, a control circuit and a prompt circuit, wherein when discovering that a base or head of a vehicle-mounted intelligent controller rotates beyond a pre-set limit position, the detection circuit sends an electric signal to the control circuit; and the control circuit notifies the prompt circuit to invoke a correspoding visual expression, text, voice or lamplight to prompt a user of a damage risk, and controls the base or head of the vehicle-mounted intelligent controller so that same rotates back to the pre-set position. The present invention effectively prevents the situation where an electric motor goes beyond a limit position or is at the limit position for a long time and is thus damaged due to the intervention of an external force.
