| Patent claims 1 . The lottery device, equipped with the wheel vertically located in base housing, with circumferentially scaled ring and vertical pointer, characterized in that the wheel (1 ) located in vertical part of the base (2) by axle (3) provided with bearings, contains inside of plate (4), connected with wheel rim (41 ), the latch mechanism (5), fixed to base of latch (51 ), located on the horizontal axle (3), where the rod (52) is fixed, beneficially in rectangular housing (53), inside of which the axle (54) is located, beneficially on ball bearing, and on one end of axle (54) spiral spring (55) is fixed, equipped beneficially with vibration dumper (56) and on the other end fork (57) is fixed, whereas pointer (59) is fixed by angle bracket (58) to the housing (53), and fork (57) mates with beneficially triangle projections (6) of latch ring (7) of the wheel rim (8), located inside circumferential cut out (42) of the wheel rim (41 ), of wheel (1 ), whereas on the oblique surface of the wheel rim (8) a scaled ring (9) is located. 2. The lottery device, according to the claim 1 characterized in that in horizontal part of base (2) a hole (1 1 ) is located, where the housing of stand (2) is fixed, having beneficially in front view the shape close to inverted triangle, whereas on the upper, horizontal part of stand (12), decorative element (13) is located, beneficially in the shape of cup, whereas inside of plate (4) of the wheel (1 ), decorative plate (14) is centrally located. 3. The lottery device ice, according to the claim 1 , characterized in that in horizontal part of base (2) a hole (1 1 ) is located, where the decorative plug (15) is fixed, whereas inside of latch ring (7) decorative, non-moveable plate (16) is located, beneficially fixed with decorative screw (17) to front surface of latch base (51 ). 4. The lottery device, according to the claim 1 , characterized in that the plate (4) is rotationally fixed through roller bearing (43) on the beneficially multistage shaft of axle (3), fixed in the socket (21 ) of vertical part of base (2). 5. The lottery device, according to the claim 1 , characterized in that the fork (57) are made of elastic plastic, beneficially of hardened plastic. 6. The lottery device, according to the claim 1 , characterized in that the scaled ring (9) is divided into fifty identical fields (10) containing the numbers from zero through forty nine. 7. The lottery device, according to the claim 5, characterized in that the fields (10) of the ring (9) are painted alternatively with at least two colors. 8. The lottery device, according to the claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the wheel (1 ), base (2) and stand housing (12) are made lacquered wood, beneficially beech, whereas the wheel rim (8) and latch ring (7) are made of messing or colored plastic. |
Subject of the invention is the lottery device, used in casinos, locals like bars, pubs and big markets.
There are known lottery devices, consisting of three basic elements like vertical wheel, base of the wheel and elastic, movable pointer, which stops the wheel on the particular number, located between the separating rods.
There is known from USA patent description No US 1504738 the device, where the wheel is located vertically in the base housing and has projections on the outer, circumferential surface, which mate with the leather latch, fixed to the arm of vertical part of base housing.
From the Polish patent description No 169284 there is known lottery device, where the wheel has the ring with radial partitions which limit the fields, at the same moment the partitions are made of one part with the ring located beneficially in the recess of the generator's wheel.
There is known from international application PCT No WO 2008130364 a lottery device, where the generator has the shape of vertical wheel, which has the scaled edge and pointer which is at the same time the brake for rotary movement.
The lottery device, according to the invention, equipped with vertically located in the base, rotary wheel with scaled ring and vertical pointer, is characterized in that the wheel is located in the vertical part of the base by using the axle with bearings and includes latch mechanism. Latch mechanism is located on the latch base, fixed to the axle of rotation and to which the pole is fixed, located beneficially in rectangular housing, inside of which the rotary axle is fixed, beneficially by roller bearings. On one end of the axle there is a spiral spring, equipped beneficially with vibrations dumper and on the other the fork is fixed, beneficially from elastic material, especially from hardened plastic.
There is a pointer fixed to the housing, by angle bracket and fork mates with beneficially triangle projections of the latch ring of the wheel rim, located inside of cutout in the device wheel and at the same moment on the oblique surface of the latch wheel rim there is scaled ring, beneficially divided into fifty identical fields, containing numbers from zero up to forty nine. Fields of the scaled ring are painted alternatively with at least two colors.
The wheel is rotationally fixed with rolling bearing on the beneficially multistage shaft of the non-moveable axle, fixed in the socket of vertical part of the housing. Wheel of the device, the base and base housing are beneficially produced of lacquered wood, especially beech, whereas the wheel rim and latch ring are made of messing or colored plastic.
In the first invention alteration, the device has in horizontal part of the base a hole, where the stand housing is fixed, beneficially having in the front view the shape of inverted triangle. On the upper, horizontal part of stand there is a decorative element, beneficially having the shape of cup, whereas inside the wheel of the device there is centrally located decorative plate, beneficially made of messing. In the second alteration of invention, the device has in horizontal part of base a hole, where the decorative plug is installed, beneficially containing the logo of producer's or other graphic symbol. Inside of latch ring there is non-moveable decorative plate, beneficially fixed to front surface of base by decorative screw.
The lottery device, according to the invention is characterized in that it has significant esthetic value thanks to usage of messing elements with possibility for covering them with gold and usage of lacquered and polished wooden elements. Design of latch mechanism, first of all thanks to usage of fork made from plastic, which stops the wheel at appropriate fields and vibrations dumper for spring, allows for getting nice sound during the rotation and stopping the wheel. Compact design of the device allows for using it as a stand alone device and playing a decorative role or being device for gambling as well as locating it on extended table comprising fields for different games.
The subject of the invention is presented in examples, where fig. 1 presents semi view-semi cross section of the device in the first alteration of invention, fig. 2 - front view of the first alteration, fig. 4 - semi view - semi cross section of device in the second alteration of invention, fig. 2 - front view of the device in the second alteration of invention, fig. 5 - side view of the latch mechanism, fig. 6 - front view of the latch mechanism, fig. 7 - front view of the fork. Wheel of the device 1 is located in the vertical part of base 2 with axle 3 which has the bearings. The wheel, inside the plate 4 connected with the wheel rim 41 , contains latch mechanism 5, fixed to latch base 51 , located on the horizontal axle 3, with the rod 52 fixed to beneficially rectangular housing 53. Inside the housing 53 there is axle 54 with ball bearings, where on one end spiral spring 55 is fixed, beneficially equipped with vibration dumper 56 and on the other end of axle 54, fork 57 is fixed. To the housing 53, pointer 59 is fixed by angle bracket 58, and fork 57 mates with beneficially triangle projections 6 of latch ring 7 on the wheel rim 8, located inside the circumferential cut out 42 of the wheel rim 41 , of the plate 4, of the device wheel 1 . On the oblique surface of the wheel rim 8, scaled ring 9 is located, divided into fifty identical fields 10, containing digits from zero up to forty nine, at the same moment fields 10 of the ring 9 are painted alternatively with at least two colors. Plate 4 of the wheel 1 is rotationally fixed by roller bearing 43 on beneficially multistage shaft of axle 3, which is secured in the socket 21 of vertical part of the base 2. Fork 57 is made of elastic material, beneficially hardened plastic. In the first alteration of invention, a hole 1 1 is located in horizontal part of base 2, where base housing 12 is fixed, having beneficially in the front view the shape of inverted triangle, at the same moment on the upper, horizontal part of base 12 a decorative element 13 is located, having beneficially the shape of cup, whereas inside of plate 4 of the wheel 1 , decorative plate 14 is centrally located.
In the second alteration of invention, in horizontal part of base 2 a hole 1 1 is located, where decorative plug 15 is fixed and inside of latch ring 7, non-moveable decorative plate 16 is located, fixed beneficially by decorative screw 17 to the front surface of base of the latch 51 .
Inside of plate 4 of the wheel 1 and decorative element which has the shape of a cup or ball container, may be illuminated, for example by LEDs.
The wheel 1 , base 2 and stand housing 12 are made of lacquered wood, beneficially beech, whereas the wheel rim 8 and latch ring 7 and decorative plate
14 are made of messing or colored plastic and their surfaces may be covered by gold.
The device makes possible to carry out many gambles, where game principles include moving the wheel 1 by hand by the game participant or responsible person, after throwing into the cup or container 13, tokens with the predefined value, and the rotation of the wheel 1 is stopped by latch mechanism 5, through movement of fork 57 between triangle projections 6 of the latch ring 7, connected through axle 54 with the spiral spring 55. The pointer 59 stops at the number zero through forty nine, located on the ring 9 of oblique wheel rim surface. The winner is the person with highest number got.
In the other example of invention, the device is also moved by hand, whereas the wheel 1 is the alteration of roulette wheel, whereas fields 10 with numbers located on the ring 9, have by turns three colors: black, red and green, and game principles are defined by game rules and especially prepared game sheet, where the tokens are placed.
