Description:
LOTTERY GAME The invention refers at a lottery game with drawing of balls from the urn. The game is a combination of two games played on the same ticket.

There is known a game of the type lotto, 6 out of 49 that is played on a ticket from where the player chooses 6 numbers or more, according to the variant he/she plays.

The urn contains 49 balls, each ball bears one number. According to the drawn numbers and those chosen by the player on his/her ticket there can bc prizes won.

Another lotteristic game is known that is played on cards where there are printed bidimensional grids with numbers taken randomly and a drawing mechanism of balls draws out balls from an urn and balls are validated on the spot. According to the drawn balls and the configuration of numbers on the player's card, the player participates for the prizes that are established prior to the beginning of the game.

The disadvantages of the first game is that a simple variant contains a single game combination, there are periods of time when the player does not mark his ticket, these moments are called"dead times"and drawings are made out of an urn with a great number of balls.

The disadvantages of the second game is that on one card can be played a single game that cannot be played in combined variants too, there are"dead times"for the player and the drawings are made out of an urn with a great number of balls.

The advantages come out from this invention is a lottery game that can be played on national and local level or in casinos and halls, a simple variant has a lot of game combinations, there are no"dead times"for the player, in the drawing urn there are a small number of balls and can be played a lot of combined variants.

An another advantage which results from this invention is that can be introduced into the lottery game, the signs of the latin and chinese zodiac.

According to the invention the game is played on a new type of lottery tickets, and the situations rewarded are different of other games.

The game system can be used as program in computer games or as an interactive contest for television.

The game is played on a ticket that is divided into three zones that are marked A, B and C.

Zone A from the left is blue and is made up of three fields numbered with 1,2, and 3, zone B from the right is red and is made up of the fields 4 and 5, zone C in the middle consists of field No. 6.

The game is a combination of two games called blue game at which the player takes part with the blue part of the ticket and one called red game at which the player takes part with the red part of the ticket.

Field No. 1 is situated in zone A of the blue colour and is made up of small cases that are within a square, in parallel vertical columns and parallel horizontal rows that are called lines.

We mark with numbers from 1 to m the columns and indicate with n the number of the small cases within the a column. Each column has at the upper side a number starting-in an increasing order from 1 to m. The numbers go from the right to the left.

Field I is the place where there are chosen the game numbers with which the player takes part at the blue game.

Field 2 is situated in the blue A zone above field 1 and is made up of a horizontal row of m empty small cases that is thus arranged that each case in field 2 is situated on a vertical level with one of the columns of field 1 that it represents.

Field 3 is situated in the blue A zone and is identical with field 2; it has the same number m of small cases situated on a horizontal row below field 1, so that each small case in field 3 is situated on a vertical level with one of the columns of field 1 that it represents.

Field 4 is identical with field I but it is situated in the red B zone and is made up of cases that are within a square in parallel vertical columns and parallel horizontal rows that are called lines.

Each column has at the upper side a number starting in an increasing order from 1 to m. The numbers go from the right to the left and each column contains the same number of cases indicated within n.

Field 4 is the place where there are chosen the numbers with which the players participate at the red game.

Field 5 is situated in the red B zone above field 4 and is made up of a number of m small cases disposed as horizontal row so that each case in field 5 is situated on a vertical level with one of the columns from field 4 that it represents.

Field 5 is the place where there are represented the columns of field 4 that play the Double. Each column in field 4 that plays double is marked with D in the field 5 in the small case that it represents.

Field 6 is situated in the C zone between the A and B zones. If are indicated with n all small cases from one column of field 1 or 4; field 6 contains thus the same number of n horizontal spaces that are placed one under the other, any space being situated between two lines one of field 1 and the other one of field 4.

In these horizontal spaces of field 6 there are to be written indicatives that can be words that represent a certain field of interest, e. g. star signs, countries, towns, names or any other things.

The indicatives will be printed on all tickets and in a certain order that was previously established for the whole period the game goes on.

The tickets that participate at the game are recognised as they have the same indicatives printed on and they are in the same order in field 6.

The indicatives in zone C in the field 6 of the ticket are called correspondents of the blue balls in the urn, as the blue balls are equal in number with the number of correspondents and each ball bears a single indicative named correspondent too.

The ticket with the 6 fields of the game that are disposed as described above exist thus in two variants called printed ticket and unprinted ticket.

The unprinted ticket is the game ticket where all small cases of the fields I and 4 are empty, the player is able to choose the numbers and the variant he/she wants to play.

The printed ticket is a ticket where in the small cases in fields 1 and 4 the numbers are printed on by the national printing house or any other authorized agency. This ticket is played in the simple variant only and is for ambulant sellers for areas where there does not exist any lotto agency.

The player or the printing house chooses only the first game number in each column of fields 1 and 4 the rest of numbers in the column are printed on the printed ticket and on the unprinted ticket in the following configuration.

If you indicate with n the numbers of the existing cases within any columns of the field I or 4, all numbers from 01 to n will be in each column of these fields, with the option that the first number situated in the first case of any column may be any number from 01 to n, the other numbers in the column are in a decreasing order from the top to the bottom to the last case in the column, number 01 being followed by number n, and so on. The figures up to 10 shall have a"0"in front of them.

A ticket on which in the fields 1 and 4 are chosen numbers according to the rules described above is a simple game variant.

An unprinted ticket may play a combined or a double variant as well.

A combined variant is the situation when the player plays several numbers on a column, thus increasing his winning chances. The player may play the combined variant on one or more columns in fields 1 and 4. The figures in fields 1 and 4 that are played in the combined variant shall be marked by two diagonals in the small cases they are in.

The double variant can be played only at the red game, the player having the possibility to play double on one or more columns in field 4.

The column in field 4 that takes part in the double game shall be marked D or Double in the small case in field 5 that represents it.

Game Urns and Drawings The drawings are made out of the two game urns, one urn contains blue balls and one urn contains red balls. The drawings out of the blue balls urn are valid for the blue game at which the player participates with the blue part of the ticket, the drawings out of the red balls urn are valid for the red game at which the player participates with the red part of the ticket.

For the columns of field 4 that plays at the double game, the drawings from the blue urn are valid as well. Thus, if a player plays at double on column 3 in field 4, the drawing of column 3 of the blue game shall be valid for the column 3 of red game too, the player marks his/her ticket on the blue side of the ticket at the junction the correspondent with the column 3 and on the red side of the ticket at the junction the correspondent with the column 3. The blue balls urn contains a number of n blue balls equal in number with the number of correspondents in field 6. Each ball is marked with a single indicative named correspondent too. Thus the n balls contain all the n correspondents of the field 6.

The drawing starts with the blue balls urn for the blue game; one drawing shall be made for each column, after each drawing the ball is put back into the urn.

The player has the ticket in front of him/her and marks in field 1 the small case that is situated at the junction of the correspondent of the drawn ball with the column for which the ball had been drawn.

Each small case that is situated at this junction contains a figure that is to be copied in fields 2 and 3, in the small cases of these fields that represent that column. There are thus formed in fields 2 and 3 a number mx2 figures made of all these pairs of numbers.

The following situations are rewarded: at blue game.

The greatest number-copied in field 2 resulted from tickets that took part in the game.

The smallest number-copied in field 3 resulted from all tickets participating in the game.

Constancy of numbers. A constant number is the situation when all the m pairs of two numbers are identical.

The red ball urn contains a number of n red balls marked each with a single figure starting with 01 and going to n, thus that all n balls are marked with all n figures.

For the red game there is made one drawing out of the red ball urn for each column.

After each drawing the ball is put back into the urn.

The player marks in field 4 the drawn number in each column separately.

The following situations are rewarded at the red game 4 numbers drawn out and validated are situated on the same line.

5 numbers drawn out and validated are situated on the same line.

6 numbers drawn out and validated are situated on the same line.

The drawing and validation of balls can be made as a part of an interactive contest.

Representation panel The panel for representation is an electronic panel which contains all the six fields identically disposed with the game ticket.

Representation panel is a big electronic panel destined for the halls and casinos in order to represent the validated balls.

The field 6 of the representation panel is identical with the field 6 of the game ticket and contains the same correspondents arranged in the same order with the game ticket.

Each case from the panel can be lighted or can represent any number from 01 to n.
