The present invention provides a loudspeaker component, a portable electronic equipment and a method for assembling the loudspeaker component. The loudspeaker component comprises an antenna cover plate and a loudspeaker mounted thereon. The loudspeaker includes a first housing mounted on the antenna cover plate and a second housing covering the first housing at a side away from the antenna cover plate, the first housing and the second housing together defining an accommodating cavity. The loudspeaker further comprises a vocal monomer housed in the accommodating cavity. According to the loudspeaker component of the present invention, the first housing, the second housing and the vocal monomer are assembled and then mounted on the antenna cover plate. The first housing has the characteristics of small size, low injection molding difficulty and small overall deformation; and the significant planes, such as the plane of the vocal monomer on the first housing and the connection plane between the first housing and the second housing, are flat and smooth; thus the first housing closely fits the second housing, ensuring good waterproof reliability therebetween.
