Abstract:
A loudspeaker device having an improved reproducing capability in a range of low audio frequencies owing to ensuring a large size and area of the vibrating plate, an increased output sound pressure, and vibrating points (signal control points). Input signals Vin are inputted through independent channels, calculation and addition of an interference eliminating signal for eliminating interference between signal control points are performed, calculation and addition of an acoustic interference signal for interfering the outputs from the signal control points with each other in an arbitrary point are performed, so that an acoustic signal processing unit (30) inputs the signal inputs Vin into a transducer (20) attached to a vibrating plate (10). The transducer (20) transduces an electric signal to mechanical vibration. Signal control points are provided on the vibrating plate, and each control point causes the plate (10) to vibrate. If such a vibrating plate (10) made of a transparent material is attached to a display, the display screen can be used as a loudspeaker device.
