Abstract:
The present application provides a loudspeaker, comprising a frame, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system that are fixed on the frame. The vibration system comprises an upper diaphragm, a voice coil driving the upper diaphragm to produce sound, and a flexible circuit board electrically connecting the voice coil with external electric signals. The flexible circuit board comprises a first fixed arm with a first bonding pad. The upper diaphragm is provided with a corrugated ring. The corrugated ring comprises a fixed part fixed to the frame. The upper diaphragm comprises a first support part and a second support part which extend from the fixed part toward the surface of the frame to the flexible circuit board and are arranged apart from each other. The frame comprises an inner side surface facing the voice coil and an outer side surface opposite to the inner side surface. The first support part is attached to the inner side surface. The second support part is attached to the outer side surface. The projection of the first bonding pad in the vibration direction and the projection of the frame in the vibration direction overlap at least partially. By improving the structure of the contact position of the upper diaphragm and the frame, silica gel injection molding of the first support part and the second support part is facilitated, and the problems of silica gel scalding and circuit breaking are avoided.
