Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a low-alloy high-strength Q420C steel plate. The steel plate comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass (wt%): C: 0.16-0.20, Si: 0.15-0.30, Mn: 0.70-0.90, P<0.020, S<0.012, Ti: 0.055-0.065, Als: 0.010-0.03, with the balance being Fe and residual elements. Also disclosed in the present invention is a production method for lowering costs of the low-alloy high-strength Q420C steel plate. According to the production method for the low-alloy high-strength Q420C steel plate, components are reasonably designed, a low-Mn high-Ti low-alloy component system is employed, and ductility is not reduced while ensuring strength; an ideal F+P structure is obtained by using clean molten steel, optimized temperature-controlled rolling and accelerated cooling control (ACC) process; crystal grains are uniform and small; mechanical properties can meet the requirements of GB/T 1591-2018; and in addition, the production cost is lower than that of other steel companies capable of producing Q420C, thus creating a strong competitive advantage.
