Abstract:
A low-atomization PU synthetic leather and a preparation method therefor. The low-atomization PU synthetic leather comprises a base cloth layer, a bonding layer, a middle layer and a surface layer, which are sequentially arranged in a stacked manner, wherein a raw material formulation of the middle layer comprises a middle-layer PU resin. The middle-layer PU resin comprises JF-HSY-9041A and JF-HSY-9920A, wherein the mass ratio of JF-HSY-9041A to JF-HSY-9920A is 1:0.8-1.5, and JF-HSY-9041A and JF-HSY-9920A are from Zhejiang Huafon Synthetic Resin Co., Ltd. In the synthetic leather and the preparation method therefor, by improving the middle layer of the synthetic leather, the formulation of the middle layer is optimized, and the two high-solid-content resins JF-HSY-9041A and JF-HSY-9920A from Huafon are compounded according to a certain mass ratio, such that the prepared synthetic leather has no precipitation and has a low atomization value.
