Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-carbohydrate squeezed carrot juice having the inherent flavor of carrot, a liquid concentrate thereof, a carrot-containing vegetable beverage and a carrot-containing vegetable and fruit beverage. According to the present invention, provided are a low-carbohydrate squeezed carrot juice and a liquid concentrate thereof containing a fructooligosaccharide and/or inulin. According to the present invention, also provided are a low-carbohydrate carrot-containing vegetable beverage and a carrot-containing vegetable and fruit beverage containing a fructooligosaccharide and/or inulin.
