Abstract:
A low-carbon smelting system and method based on a blast furnace-steelmaking furnace process coupled carbon cycle. The smelting system comprises a blast furnace (100), a steelmaking furnace (200), a CO concentration monitoring device (300), a coal gas collecting and treating device (400), a heating device (500) and a storing and pressurizing device (600), wherein the steelmaking furnace (200) is connected to the blast furnace (100) and is used for receiving carbon-containing molten iron discharged from the blast furnace (100) to perform steelmaking, so as to obtain steelmaking coal gas; the CO concentration monitoring device (300) is connected to the steelmaking furnace (100) and is used for measuring a CO concentration in the steelmaking gas in real time; the coal gas collecting and treating device (400) is connected to the steelmaking furnace (200) and the blast furnace (100) and is used for collecting and treating high-CO-concentration steelmaking coal gas, so as to obtain a CO-rich gas and a CO2-rich gas; the heating device (500) is connected to the steelmaking furnace (200) and is used for collecting low-CO-concentration steelmaking coal gas and combusting same to obtain heat, which is used for heating the CO-rich gas, which is sprayed back to the blast furnace (100); and the storing and pressurizing device (600) is connected to the coal gas collecting and treating device (400) and the steelmaking furnace (200) and is used for collecting the CO2-rich gas and spraying same into the steelmaking furnace (200). The technical effect of making full use of steelmaking coal gas can be obtained.
