Abstract:
The invention provides a low energy consumption method for preparing an electrolytic copper from a copper-containing sludge. The method comprises steps of sintering, smelting, refining, primary electrolysis, secondary electrolysis and the like. The electrolytic copper produced by the method has a purity of up to 99.99%, a copper recovery rate can reach 92%, and energy consumption can be reduced by more than 22%. The present invention is significantly superior to the method for preparing electrolytic copper disclosed in the prior art.
