Abstract:
A low expansion ceramic barbecue mesh and manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises: forming a green body mixture by preparing a specified ratio of petalite, spodumene, synthetic cordierite, Fujian Longyan kaolinite, and zirconium silicate; adding water and mixing, deferrizing, storing, drying, press forming, and bisque firing to form a bisqueware; forming a bisqueware glaze mixture by preparing a specified ratio of petalite, Guizhou kaolinite, Pingxiang quartz, talc, zinc oxide, and environment-friendly frit, then adding water and deferrizing the bisqueware glaze mixture to form a bisqueware glaze; and finally coating the bisqueware glaze on a modified and size-finished bisqueware, then placing the glazed bisqueware in a kiln for firing.
