Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-floor tramcar bogie, comprising a framework (1), front and rear wheel sets (2), axle boxes (3), primary suspension springs (4), secondary suspension springs (5), two driving devices (6), and brake devices (7). Each wheel set comprises two wheels (9) fixed to one axle (8); the axle box are sleeved on the axle on the inner side of each wheel; each axle box is provided with two primary suspension springs supporting the framework; the framework is positioned on the inner sides of the wheels; the two sets of driving devices are positioned on two sides of the framework; each set of driving devices comprises a motor (11) and a gearbox (12) transmittingly connected to the axle; the motors and the gearboxes are hoisted on the framework, and are positioned on the outer sides of the wheels; the secondary suspension springs are symmetrically mounted in the middles of the two sides of the framework; each wheel set is provided with a set of brake devices; each brake device comprises a brake disc (13) and a brake caliper (14) matching the brake disc; the brake calipers are hoisted on the framework, and the brake discs are mounted on the axles on the outer sides of the wheels; the motors and the gearboxes are hoisted on the framework and are provided on the outer sides of the wheels. The bogie is compact in structure and convenient to maintain and replace later.
