Abstract:
The present invention relates to an LF antenna which is flexible, has a simple structure, and has a simple manufacturing process by manufacturing an antenna core according to a non-impregnated process using a synthetic resin case; a manufacturing method thereof; and a keyless entry system using the same. The LF antenna of the present invention comprises a bar shaped antenna core and a coil wound around the outer circumference of the antenna core, wherein the antenna core comprises: a plurality of stack ribbon sheets stacked to form an inductor core; and a flexible case consisting of synthetic resin and containing therein and sealing the plurality of stack ribbon sheets.
