Abstract:
A low-frequency disturbance and high-speed impact-type high-pressure true triaxial test apparatus and a method; the apparatus consists of a static load loading frame (1), a dynamic load loading frame (2), four static load loading actuators (3-6), two dynamic load loading actuators (7, 8), and a Split-Hopkinson pressure bar mechanism; all of the actuators (3-8) are connected to an oil source system; axial centers of piston shafts of the dynamic load loading actuators (7, 8) are provided with hollow bores (15, 16), and end portions of the piston shafts are equipped with a dynamic pressure sensor (17) having a hollow ring-shaped structure; the Split-Hopkinson pressure bar mechanism applies a high-speed impact load to a rock sample (26) by means of the hollow bores (15, 16) and a central hole of the dynamic pressure sensor (17), respectively; the two dynamic load loading actuators (7, 8) use a static pressure oil path balance support sealing method, and the actuators (7, 8) are connected to the oil source system by means of a servo valve, while an energy accumulator is arranged on an oil path; thus, flow rate is increased by means of the servo valve to drive a piston to dynamically respond, and system pressure is balanced by means of the energy accumulator when a low-frequency disturbance is loaded. The apparatus and method achieve, for the first time, the free application of a low-frequency disturbance load and a high-speed impact load on the same device.
