Abstract:
A low-frequency reference signal-based synchronous self-repairing system on chip. The system adopts a double-input type PLL star-shaped coupling structure or a double-input type PLL butterfly-shaped coupling structure; by means of synchronization of a transmitted reference signal and a received reference signal, the delay of the whole loop is an integral multiple of the reference signal to ensure the synchronization of local oscillation signal of each IC chip. A transmission line based on an adjustable left-handed material is used as a delay line to be connected to the double-input PLL, low loss is achieved, and moreover, a physical distance of the delay line is reduced. The system has the advantages of small area, low loss, high adaptability, and strict synchronization in various environments.
