Title:
LOW FUEL CONSUMPTION PYROLYSIS APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/027752
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pyrolysis apparatus including: a combustion chamber which accommodates a material to be incinerated; a heating plate which is disposed below the combustion chamber and which has a heating space formed therein; a burner which is connected to the entrance of the heating space of the heating plate and which emits a flame toward the heating space; a gas inlet pipe which is disposed on the side closest to the source of the flame emitted by the burner of the heating plate and which communicates with the heating space; an exhaust pipe which is connected to the exit of the heating space of the heating plate so as to function as a passage through which exhaust gas passing through the heating space is discharged to the outside; and a blower which injects air into the exhaust pipe in the direction in which combustion gas is exhausted so as to form a pressure in the heating space which is lower than that of the outside and which facilitates the discharge of the exhaust gas and the intake of the volatile gases generated in the combustion chamber into the gas inlet pipe. The material to be incinerated is carbonized or combusted using radiant heat discharged from the heating plate to the combustion chamber. The heating plate serves the two functions of pyrolyzing the volatile gases and heating the material to be incinerated, and thus the combustion efficiency of the apparatus is high and the purification performance thereof is enhanced.
