Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a low-loss axial flow fan, comprising a housing, and an impeller, an impeller support shaft, and a motor being disposed inside the housing, the impeller being fixedly connected to one end of the impeller support shaft and the other end of the impeller support shaft being connected to a motor shaft of the motor; the motor is fixed inside the housing by means of a motor bracket, and the impeller support shaft is hinged onto a support frame, the support frame being fixed onto the inner wall of the housing. In the present invention, the impeller support shaft hinged to the housing is arranged between the impeller and the motor, and the load of the motor is reduced by means of the impeller support shaft receiving the load of the impeller in excess directions, thereby effectively improving the loss of the motor and increasing the useful output power of the motor.
