Abstract:
A low-loss computing circuit, an operation method for the circuit, and low-loss in-memory computing circuits (100, 200). The low-loss computing circuit comprises a plurality of computing units (102; AU1, ..., AUn), a plurality of memory cells, and one or more reset MOSFETs (103); the computing units (102; AU1, ..., AUn) each comprise four MOSFETs (102a, 102b, 102c, 102d). The circuit and the operation method therefor can significantly reduce the quantization error while significantly reducing the loss.
