Abstract:
A low-loss spiral coil is disclosed. The spiral coil is composed of a conducting wire wound by N turns, in which the width of the conducting wire corresponding to each of a plurality of sections in the conducting wire may be determined so as to minimize the resistance of the spiral coil formed according to the width of the conducting wire of M sections after the entire width of the conducting wire is set to the width of the conducting wire of M sections.
