Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-nitrogen combustion garbage incineration furnace. A furnace body (1) mainly comprises a furnace grate, a garbage inlet (1.1), a falling ash opening (1.3) and a hearth (1.5). The furnace grate is divided into four sections, namely a drying section (1.21), a pyrolysis section (1.22), a combustion section (1.23) and a burnout section (1.24). Primary air (1.8A) is input into lower sides of the drying section (1.21), the pyrolysis section (1.22), the combustion section (1.23) and the burnout section (1.24) to play a role in combustion; a water-cooled division panel (1.6) is arranged inside the hearth, and the hearth is divided into two parts, namely a front hearth (1.5A) and a rear hearth (1.5B), in a transverse direction; flue gas generated in the incineration furnace is partitioned into front flue gas (1.4A) and rear flue gas (1.4B), the front flue gas (1.4A) generated in the drying section (1.21) and the pyrolysis section (1.22) is limited to flow in the front hearth (1.5A), and the rear flue gas (1.4B) generated in the combustion section (1.23) and the burnout section (1.24) is limited to flow in the rear hearth (1.5B), so that the rear flue gas (1.4B) at a high temperature is in the hypoxic environment; a water-cooled temperature reducer (1.7) is further arranged in the rear hearth (1.5B) for further decreasing the temperature of the rear flue gas (1.4B) when same passes through the water-cooled temperature reducer (1.7); the front flue gas (1.4A) and the rear flue gas (1.4B) are mixed in the hearth and at an upper portion of the water-cooled division panel (1.6); and secondary air (1.8B) is sprayed into a throat (1.9) of the hearth, such that mixed flue gas formed by mixing the front flue gas (1.4A), the rear flue gas (1.4B) and the secondary air (1.8B) is further combusted to further reduce the formation of harmful substances.
